Our client, a leading Financial Services Company in Shannon, Co. Clare are now looking for an Administration Assistant

This role would ideally suit someone who has previous experience in an administrative role, with key attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing post runs – ensuring post assigned to correct department
  • Operations Mailbox queries actioned daily
  • Ensure all systems are updated accurately with all relevant data
  • Cheques updated and sent to Dublin
  • Reviewing existing processes and using initiative to improve processes
  • Achieving SLA’s on all admin/operation tasks
  • Client administration including binding/scanning and bulk printing


  • Leaving certificate or equivalent(essential)
  • ECDL(Desirable)
  • Previous experience working in an administration role(Desirable)
  • Third level degree(Desirable)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office suites
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
