Key Account Manager

Our client a leading company in the Mid-west are looking to hire an Key Account Manager for their Scandinavian client to develop and maintain the existing relationship and drive the overall strategic direction of the company’s brand


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability of control of the client relationship in understanding their strategic objectives

  • Working closely with the company’s internal IT, marketing teams and external media agency

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client

  • Business development – growing the current account

  • Advising the client on all marketing activity

  • Generating ideas that will improve client’s business

  • Working with key stakeholders on marketing campaigns

  • Responsibility for project, account and department budgets

  • Ensure client billing escalation issues are resolved when needed


    Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years Marketing/account management experience

  • Detailed knowledge of marketing/branding/advertising

  • Strong organisational and persuasion skills

  • Detail orientated with strong attention to detail
