IT Consultant/Field Service Engineer – Cork

  • Provide project consultancy and onsite troubleshooting for our customers
  • Provide support for problem resolution ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • To provide support on a variety of technologies both remotely and onsite
  • Incident classification, resolution and escalation as appropriate
  • Ensure all procedures and processes are maintained
  • Deliver solutions to agreed Timelines/Service Level Agreements



  • Relevant qualification (MSCE) and 3+ years’ experience
  • Hyper V – Virtualisation
  • Office 365 Experience is a definite advantage
  • Good knowledge of hardware and associated technologies: Servers, desktop, laptop and printers, Operating systems – Server 2012/Windows 7,10 and various business applications
  • Good knowledge of desktop operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking technologies including routers/firewalls
