HR/Payroll Officer – (6-month Contract)

Our client a leading multinational in the mid-west currently has an excellent opportunity for a HR/Payroll Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract during a key time of transition within the global HR support team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of full starter/leaver process
  • Creation of contracts/offers of employment
  • Full absence management tracking
  • Personnel File Management
  • Undertaking probation review meetings
  • Full payroll administration – liaising regularly with outsourced payroll provider
  • Answering and resolving all payroll related queries 

Key Requirements:

  • Third level degree in a HR related area
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office suites
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Previous HR and payroll experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment working towards tight deadlines
