Our client a leading multinational company in County Kerry are currently looking to hire a forward-thinking HR Team Lead with previous supervisory/team lead experience

The HR Team Lead will have key responsibility for the supervision, mentoring, coaching and development of the team of Generalists and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of HR Generalists and Administrators with responsibility for the delivery of HR/ER services to the company
  • Support, mentor and coach Managers and the HR team
  • Updating of key policies and procedures ensuring compliance
  • Key point of contact for all HR/IR issues
  • HR reporting as required to Senior Management
  • Undertaking disciplinary and investigation procedures
  • Development of the HR strategy to reflect current and future company requirements
  • Monitor service delivery through tracking HR metrics and initiatives
  • Coordination of HR Projects
  • Liaising with IR Manager on IR/ER issues
  • Coordinate with other HR functions, e.g. L&D, Salary and Benefits, Talent Acquisition 

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven track record in a HR team leader/supervisory position with at least 2 years leadership experience
  • Recognised HR qualification
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting (desirable)
  • Self-motivated, flexibility and a strong problem-solving approach to issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills & experience in managing multiple issues/projects
