Our client currently has an exciting opening for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High quality standards of customer service throughout the lending origination process

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Complete customer and document integrity checks

  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to ensure all new lending applications have the correct documentation as per policies

  • Ensuring correct information provided to customers at all times

  • Data Entry

  • System management and maintenance through a designated portal

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/Finance(desirable)

  • APA qualification(desirable)

  • Knowledge of credit applications, assessment and loan settlement processes

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, trget driven environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Confidence in dealing with clients

  • Lending administration experience(desirable)
