Role Responsibilities:

Management Accounts
- Monthly figures – check monthly figures debtors, profit, stock etc.
- Accounts meetings
- Rebates/Invoicing processes

Debtors– escalation point
Distributor/Suppler Meetings and escalations
Forecasting /B. P/Stock Check Staff
Payroll
Staff – Employee Contracts, Recruitment, Performance Management, Staff Absence, Staff Induction, Training, Staff Communication
Debtor and vendor-service escalation point
Compliance – exams & certifications
Insurance, Health & Safety, Legal
