We have an exciting opportunity with current market leader in development of application software in Galway. We are actively looking for candidates with a technical qualification in the area of Computer Science IT & Information Systems.

The successful candidate will work with a team to carry out Cloud Support for our clients customers.

RESPONSIBITILES

  • You will get to work on a diverse range of support issues requiring ability to independently identify, evaluate and resolve issues.
  • Critical evaulation for customer support.
  • Management of technical and functional end-to-end analysis in close collaboration with Engineering, Operations and other involved parties
  • Tracking and monitoring of the technical resolution.
  • Reporting on critical customer situations as a basis for regular executive level communication.
  • Document issues in a CRM system and defects in our engineering tracking tool. 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Excellent communications and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines while making fast reliable decisions in a high pressure environment. 
  • Experience working in large teams or vitual teams an advantage.
  • Willingness to drive resolution and show engagement. 
  • Good Knowledge of Cloud servers and products.
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
