You will provide front line support to customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and emails promptly, professionally, efficiently and accurately 
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients and meet service level agreements as laid out by line manager
  • Ensure maintenance and filing of records and administration pertaining to customer related documentation
  • Record and complete paperwork, such as customer complaints as per procedure
  • Complete support to the Account Executive and Project Management teams as required
  • Prioritize incoming work to the department and escalate urgent issues 
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments where required
  • Complete all other duties and projects that may arise from time to time as requested

Requirements:

  • Strong quality communication skills
  • Strong written skills (spelling/punctuation- required for online chat/e-mails)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Credit and Collections experience
  • An interest in Financial Servies and an aim to pursuing the APA/QFA qualification desired
