Buying Administrative Assistant (GAMING DEPT)

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Buying function within the Company – excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about following a career in buying or supply chain.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with administration

  • Stock replenishment to stores

  • Monitoring stock levels

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Follow through on telephone/email queries from stores

  • Production of timely reports

  • Liaising with logistics department


    Essential Requirements: 

  • Third level Business qualification, minimum 2.1 Honours Degree with very strong Leaving Certificate results.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Excellent verbal, written, communication /interpersonal skills

  • Be highly motivated and ambitious, and have an appetite for hard work

  • Be highly numerate and process focused
