Our client, a global Asset Management Company in the Mid-West are now looking for an Asset Manager in their Commercial Real Estate Workout Team

It is an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking and commercially driven individual wishing to pursue a career in Debt Restructuring.

This role would ideally suit someone who is commercially driven, with strong organisational skills who has previous experience within a Financial Services Firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Debt restructuring through maximising financial return through the implementation of effective debt management strategies
  • Managing debtors through enhancing financial return for the company’s Capital Partners
  • Asset Management
  • Weekly and monthly analysis and reporting to be provided to Senior Management Team on the portfolio
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment through working to achieve KPI’s

Requirements

  • Third Level Degree
  • Exposure to working on insolvency/receivership/insolvency/liquidation cases(desirable)
  • Experience working in a Financial Services environment
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suites
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative
  • Client Service Excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
