Accounts Receivable with French- Westmeath

This role reports to the Credit, Bank & Cash Manager EMEA in supplying Accounts Receivable Administration support.


•To maintain high volume debtors ledgers.
•To perform administration tasks linked to the Accounts Receivable process such as statement and dunning runs, sourcing of payment remittances and forwarding of copy invoices to customers.
•To assist in payment allocation with the Bank & Cash team.
•To assist in query resolution as part of the cash collection and accounts maintenance process.


•Experience of 2/3 years in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control, preferably in a multinational/shared service environment.
•Fluent French speaker. 
•Ability to work under pressure and to hit targets.
•Ability to prioritise – there is a high volume of accounts to be maintained.
•Ability to liaise with Customer Service, Sales staff, local country managers, controllers etc.
•Experience in payment allocation/matching an advantage. This may form a significant part of the role.
•Experience in SAP or other accounting packages desirable.
•Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate with customers and to assess and analyse various customer account scenarios.
•Knowledge of full supply chain process an advantage.
•To be comfortable working in a team environment.
•Business/accounting qualification advantageous but not essential.
