Account Manager

Our client a leading company in the Mid-West are currently seeking an Account manager to join their team. It is essential to have a background in Engineering/Science to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as key point of contact for customer support
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in relation to the company’s products and other areas of expertise such as customer processes – manufacturing, validation, C&Q, Quality Management
  • Ensuring the company’s SLA’s are met
  • Performing professional services such as customer process mapping and implementation on company database, software deployments and upgrades, sales support to global sales team, developing training materials
  • Ensuring customer’s get maximum value from the company’s products
  • Working closely with stakeholders such as Product Development personnel to assist delivery of any product enhancements and new feature requests
  • Support global sales team

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Science
  • Relevant experience in the Life Science industry
  • Travel to client sites in EU and US will be required as business demands
  • Understanding of project management and processes such as validation, manufacturing and Quality management
